GG108 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GG108. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and GG108 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, and features available at gg108.click and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

GG108 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform specifically designed for Malaysian players. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the GG108 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on GG108, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You are a human individual and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or automated program.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of GG108 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game studio partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from GG108 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• All information you provide during registration and Verification is accurate, current, and complete.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the GG108 platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must ensure this information remains up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. GG108 strongly recommends:

• Using a unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication where available.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Never disclosing your password to any third party, including GG108 customer support agents.

GG108 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify GG108 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

GG108 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Additional deposit methods may be made available from time to time at GG108's discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in the Player's own name. GG108 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder will be reversed and the Account flagged for review.

Key deposit conditions include:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• GG108 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which GG108 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn subject to standard verification and withdrawal conditions outlined in Clause 6.
• GG108 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Typically within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Direct Bank Wire / IBG: Typically within 15–60 minutes of approval.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Account Verification (KYC) must be completed in full before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal of deposited funds is permitted. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering activity.
• Any active Bonus Funds or associated winnings subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.
• GG108 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

GG108 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

General bonus conditions that apply to all GG108 promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by individual Players. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including through bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account activity, is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings expire if the requirement is not met within this period.
• Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal request will be approved.
• GG108 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of manipulation, system exploitation, or fraudulent activity.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Players must opt in to promotions as required. GG108 does not automatically apply bonus credits without Player consent where opt-in is specified.

All games available on GG108 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, lottery draws, and arcade games — are subject to the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.

GG108 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All casino games utilise independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games.

For sports betting markets:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. GG108 reserves the right to void bets where odds were offered in error or where the integrity of a market has been compromised.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and are subject to the live market rules applicable to each sport, including but not limited to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UFC, and other competitions listed on the platform.
• Mix Parlay bets are subject to the specific parlay rules as displayed in the sports betting section. All legs of a Mix Parlay must win for the bet to pay out.

GG108 reserves the right to void any wager, cancel any bet, or withhold winnings where there is credible evidence of match fixing, collusion, or any form of gaming fraud.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GG108 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action:

• Registering or using more than one Account, including through the use of different identities, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point of verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform or exploit any game.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or permitting any other person to use your Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards GG108 staff or other Players through any platform communication channel.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other obfuscation methods to disguise your geographic location or circumvent platform restrictions.

GG108 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. It should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

GG108 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time through the responsible gambling settings panel.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are permitted to lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the GG108 platform for a minimum period of 30 days or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through the Account settings or via our support team.
• Reality Checks: Session alerts that notify Players of the duration of their current gaming session.

All content on the GG108 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of GG108 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the GG108 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from GG108.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code used on the platform.
• Use GG108's trademarks, brand names, or logos in any context not expressly authorised in writing by GG108.
• Create derivative works based on any GG108 content or platform elements.

Any unauthorised use of GG108's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to civil or criminal legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GG108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Game outcome results, whether on casino games or sports betting markets.
• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond GG108's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal approval caused by third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, or any other gateway partner.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Changes to game availability, betting markets, or promotional offers.

GG108's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your GG108 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit GG108's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

GG108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• GG108 is required to do so by law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct is suspected.
• A Player has been identified as being under 21 years of age.
• An Account has been inactive for a consecutive period of 12 months or more.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, GG108 may forfeit any remaining Balance, Bonus Funds, or pending withdrawals where such forfeiture is permitted under applicable law. GG108 will provide written notification of the reason for closure where it is legally and operationally appropriate to do so.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting GG108 customer support. Any real-money Balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and regulations under which GG108 holds its operating authorisation. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by GG108's licensing authority.

GG108 makes no representations that the platform is appropriate or legal for use in all jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the GG108 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction. GG108 disclaims all liability for Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

GG108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, GG108 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email or platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the GG108 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.

GG108 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon written request to our support team.
